Ingredients

  • 2 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 container whipped cream topping

Instructions

  1. Pour melted semi-sweet baking chocolate and sweetened condensed milk into a large bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add chopped pecans to the chocolate mixture. Pour into crust and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour milk into a large bowl. Add the chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mixes.
  4. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes or until smooth. The mixture will be thick.
  5. Spread 1 1/2 cups of the pudding over the chocolate in the crust.
  6. Immediately stir half of the whipped cream topping into the remaining pudding.
  7. Spread the whipped topping and pudding mixture over the pudding layer in the crust.
  8. Top with the remaining whipped cream topping.
  9. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
