Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. fine noodles
  • 1 large can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can prepared white sauce
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 2 to 3 c. cooked shrimp, crab, lobster, or mixture
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. shredded natural Cheddar cheese
  • paprika
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles until tender and drain.
  2. Drain the liquor from the sliced mushrooms and add enough milk to make 1/2 cup.
  3. Combine the mushroom liquid mixture with the prepared white sauce and sherry.
  4. Add cooked seafood, salt, and pepper to the sauce mixture.
  5. Mix the cooked noodles with the sauce and seafood.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake or serve as desired.
