Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
  • garlic to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet. Drain off excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine enchilada sauce, tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, salt, chili powder, and garlic to taste.
  4. Mix in the cooked beef and onion until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F until hot and cheese is bubbly, about 30-35 minutes.
