Ingredients

  • 1 lb veal
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 big onions
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the veal into cubes and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Cut the onions, green pepper, and tomato into cubes.
  3. Thread one cube of meat, onion, green pepper, and tomato onto each barbecue stick, repeating until all ingredients are used.
  4. Grill the skewers on a barbecue until the meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
