Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 15 oz. frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed (3 packages of 5 oz. each)
  • 1 cup seafood sauce, softened
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium green onion, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 3 green onions with tops, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise; mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture on a round 12-inch serving platter.
  4. Sprinkle with thawed cooked salad shrimp.
  5. Top with seafood sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped green onion, chopped tomato, and sliced green onion with tops.
  7. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
  8. Serve with assorted crackers.
