Shrimp & Broccoli Packets
Juicy shrimp and tender broccoli steamed in foil packets with rice and garlic, perfect for quick, flavorful dinners or outdoor grilling occasions.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit or prepare grill to medium-high heat.
- Spray foil sheets with nonstick spray.
- Center half of the shrimp on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Aluminum Foil.
- Arrange rice around the shrimp, sprinkle with remaining garlic, and top with butter pieces.
- Place ice cubes on top of each packet.
- Bring up the sides of the foil to create a sealed pouch.
- Double fold the top and one end of each foil packet.
- Through the open end, pour in water to create steam inside the packet.
- Double fold the remaining end to fully seal the packet, leaving space inside for heat circulation.
- Repeat the process to make two foil packets.
