Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pound raw, shelled and deveined shrimp
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese cubes
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and mix well.
  2. Bake uncovered at 375°F for 40 minutes.
