Ingredients

  • 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • cocktail sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the shrimp, minced onion, Tabasco sauce, lemon juice, and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl; mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Before serving, pour cocktail sauce over the chilled loaf.
  4. Serve with crackers.
