Shrimp Milano is a creamy, cheesy pasta dish with tender shrimp, mushrooms, and green peppers, perfect for a comforting family dinner or special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. mushroom slices
  • 1 c. green pepper strips
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 3/4 c. whipping cream
  • 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp. dill seed
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. fettucini, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté shrimp, mushrooms, green pepper strips, and minced garlic in margarine.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add whipping cream, Velveeta cheese cubes, and dill seed.
  3. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add cooked and drained fettucini and toss lightly to combine.
