Ingredients

  • 2 cans tiny shrimp
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package gelatin
  • 1/2 cup undiluted tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold water.
  2. Heat tomato soup and add the softened gelatin along with the cream cheese, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and chopped green onion.
  3. Mix until well combined and the gelatin is dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until firm.
  5. Serve chilled with rye bread or crackers.
