- Cook the sauce slowly for 10 to 15 minutes; do not boil.
- Allow the sauce to cool slightly and add the shrimp (50 to 60 medium).
- Stir the shrimp around in the mixture to coat evenly.
- Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
- Cook the shrimp in a 400°F oven for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring several times.
- Serve with French bread and potato salad, using bread to dip in the sauce.
