Ingredients

  • 24 oz frozen chopped hash browns with butter sauce
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 8 oz sliced Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • 1 large onion sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer frozen chopped hash browns in a greased baking dish.
  3. Arrange sliced tomatoes and sliced onions over the hash browns.
  4. Sprinkle seasoned salt, oregano, and pepper evenly over the layers.
  5. Pour milk or cream over the mixture.
  6. Top with sliced Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Add ham slices on top if serving as a main dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
