Ingredients

  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 24 oz cottage cheese
  • 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 1/2 c spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain.
  2. Cool in a single layer on waxed paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Combine cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, eggs, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  6. Place the filled shells in the pan with the open side up.
  7. Pour the remaining sauce over the shells.
  8. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
