Ingredients

  • 2 chicken pieces
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 large potato, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Place one chicken piece and half of the remaining ingredients on each of two foil squares.
  2. Seal each foil packet tightly.
  3. Place the foil packets in a casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 60 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
