Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger; drain excess fat.
  2. Add the undiluted cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups, drained mixed vegetables, and 3/4 cup chow mein noodles to the beef.
  3. Mix everything well until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole or a 9-inch square pan.
  5. Top with additional chow mein noodles.
  6. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 10 minutes until heated through and slightly browned.
