Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 sticks margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 medium apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix sugar, flour, eggs, margarine, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cut apples.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool and cut into squares.
