Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean hamburger meat
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 6 pack sub rolls
  • 2 c. mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat and minced onion in a skillet.
  2. Pour off excess grease from the skillet.
  3. Return the skillet to heat and add 1 cup of barbecue sauce.
  4. Mix thoroughly and warm the mixture until heated through.
  5. Slice the sub rolls and fill them with the meat mixture and mozzarella cheese.
