Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Cool Whip

Instructions
