Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground hamburger in a skillet until fully cooked.
  2. Add chopped onion to the cooked hamburger and sauté until softened.
  3. Mix in the canned mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of celery soup.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until heated through and bubbly.
