Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • sweet Italian sausage
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • spices of your choice

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage until browned.
  2. Add the frozen spinach and cook until done.
  3. Drain excess liquid from the spinach and sausage mixture.
  4. Mix the cream cheese with a little milk until smooth.
  5. In a large bowl, beat all the eggs until well combined.
  6. Add the cream cheese mixture, cooked sausage, and spinach to the beaten eggs; mix well.
  7. Pour the mixture into a souffle dish.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
