Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 green peppers
  • 5 celery sticks
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken breasts for 20 minutes, then let cool and remove meat from bones, using your fingers.
  2. Chop celery sticks and green peppers into small pieces.
  3. Stir-fry the chicken pieces, celery, and green peppers in a little vegetable oil until soft.
  4. Add the cans of cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, and chicken broth to the veggies and chicken.
  5. Stir and simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Serve over white rice.
