Ingredients

  • 5 c. chopped green cabbage
  • 2 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3 c. V-8 juice
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a Dutch oven and heat to boiling.
  2. Reduce heat to simmer.
  3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
