Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. pitted dates, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Melt butter in the skillet, then add chopped dates, sugar, and eggs.
  3. Cook while stirring until the mixture forms a ball like fudge.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies and nuts.
  5. Shape the mixture into four rolls on a plate or surface.
  6. Roll each roll in flaked coconut to coat.
  7. Wrap each candy roll in foil for storage or serving.
