Skillet Chicken Supper

- In a paper bag, combine flour, salt, and paprika.
- Add chicken pieces a few at a time to coat with the flour mixture.
- In a 10-inch or larger skillet, melt margarine and brown all chicken pieces.
- Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add peeled and quartered potatoes and cut carrots.
- Season vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover all with cream of chicken soup.
- Simmer for 40 to 50 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and add sour cream to the soup mixture to make gravy.
