Ingredients

  • 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 c. hot mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, combine the cooked chicken, thawed and drained mixed vegetables, condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well and cook over high heat for about 5 to 6 minutes until heated through, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat and dollop with hot mashed potatoes.
  4. Serve immediately.
