Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Bermuda onion
  • 1/2 cup Heinz pure cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Skin the tomatoes and chill them.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the cucumber and onion.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into thick slices.
  4. Arrange the tomato slices, cucumber, and onion in a salad bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the arranged vegetables and toss gently.
