Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 12 slices bacon, crumbled or minced ham
  • 1/3 cup minced onion, fried
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk or half and half
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into small, greased muffin tins.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until set and golden.
  4. Serve warm or cooled as a tasty appetizer or snack.
