Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 drops hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 thinly sliced radish
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except radish and beat at medium speed until smooth.
  2. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Beat until fluffy.
  4. Garnish with radish slices.
  5. Serve with fresh vegetables.
