Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 1/4 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, margarine, and chopped pecans together.
  2. Press the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes at 350°F or until browned. Cool completely.
  4. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1 cup of Cool Whip together until smooth.
  5. Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Prepare the chocolate pudding by mixing the pudding mix with milk; spread over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with the remaining Cool Whip.
  8. Refrigerate before serving.
