Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 medium salsa (16 oz.)
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 block Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large bag corn chips or tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Blend the cream cheese and salsa together with a mixer until smooth.
  2. Cut the lettuce and tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Layer the chopped lettuce and tomatoes in a 9 x 11-inch pan.
  4. Pour the cream cheese and salsa mixture over the layered vegetables.
  5. Top the dip with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  6. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
