Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 can black olives

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chopped vegetables and black olives in store-bought or homemade Italian salad dressing.
  2. Chill the mixture for at least 8 hours to let flavors meld.
  3. Before serving, strain out some of the dressing if desired.
  4. Serve cold with tostado chips.
