Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cottage cheese
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes
  • 1/2 cup broken pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 canned pineapple slices

Instructions

  1. Mash the cottage cheese until well blended. Soften the unflavored gelatin in cold water, then dissolve it over boiling water. Stir the gelatin into the cheese mixture.
  2. Add the seedless green grapes, broken pecans, and chopped chives to the cheese mixture and stir well.
  3. Fold in the whipped heavy cream gently until fully incorporated.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a 1-quart mold or individual molds.
  5. Chill the mold for 6 hours or overnight until set.
