Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 cans condensed chili beef soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, chopped green pepper, minced garlic, and chili powder to the beef; cook until tender.
  3. Add the condensed chili beef soup, tomato soup, water, shredded cheese, and salt to the mixture.
  4. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring often until heated through and flavors meld.
