Ingredients

  • 1 qt. apples
  • 1 qt. onions
  • 1 qt. cabbage
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 1 qt. green tomatoes
  • 1 qt. peppers (green and red)
  • 1 qt. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Grind all vegetables.
  2. Mix together; add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Can in sterilized jars.
