Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 can vegetable soup (undiluted)
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard

Instructions

  1. Melt shortening in a skillet and fry the hamburger meat until browned.
  2. Add the undiluted vegetable soup, ketchup, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and ground mustard to the skillet.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook together for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve the hot soup mixture on buns.
