Ingredients

  • 2 c. broccoli
  • 2 c. cauliflower
  • 1 c. zucchini
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/4 c. carrots
  • 1/4 c. onions
  • 1 c. tomatoes or halves of cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. black olives
  • 1 (3 oz.) jar Hormel bacon
  • 1 (3 oz.) jar Hormel bacon

Instructions

  1. Wash vegetables and cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Mix all vegetables in a large bowl.
  3. Add chopped bacon and black olives to the vegetables.
  4. Toss everything with your preferred dressing.
  5. Marinate for at least 2 hours before serving.
