Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • dash of red pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Saute the salad oil, onion, green pepper, and celery in a pan until tender.
  2. Add the ground meat to the chopped vegetables and brown it.
  3. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, red pepper, chili powder, and Tabasco.
  4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the cream of mushroom soup and cream of tomato soup.
  6. Simmer for an additional 30 minutes, or longer if desired.
  7. Serve over spaghetti and top with grated cheese and Parmesan cheese if desired.
