Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (32 oz) jar Ragu sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Add Ragu sauce and cream of mushroom soup to the beef and stir well.
  3. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. Combine cooked spaghetti with the beef mixture.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  6. Arrange pepperoni slices evenly on top of the casserole.
  7. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
  8. Cover the pan and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
