Ingredients

  • 1 1-pound can salmon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon drained red caviar
  • pumpernickel slices

Instructions

  1. Drain the salmon and mash it.
  2. Blend in salt, Tabasco sauce, and grated onion.
  3. Add sour cream and mix well.
  4. Cover and chill the mixture.
  5. Garnish with drained red caviar.
  6. Surround with trimmed, quartered pumpernickel slices.
