Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour the marinade over 2 pounds of meat in a nonmetallic container.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or for 2 hours at room temperature before cooking.
