Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, chopped onions, uncooked rice, eggs, salt, and pepper together until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in a baking dish.
  4. Dilute the condensed tomato soup according to the can's instructions.
  5. Pour the diluted tomato soup over the meatballs.
  6. Cover the dish and bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
