Ingredients

  • 4 lb. country style spareribs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 c. apple juice
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 large apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F about 3 hours before serving.
  2. In a large shallow roasting pan, place the ribs with the meaty side up.
  3. Sprinkle the ribs with 1 tablespoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
