Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 6 hamburger rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Combine ground beef with milk, catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Butter each half of the hamburger rolls.
  4. Spread the meat mixture on the rolls, covering to the edges.
  5. Broil the assembled burgers 3 inches from the heat for about 5 minutes or until browned.
  6. Cut each roll half into quarters and serve warm.
