Instructions
- Boil brown sugar, margarine, and corn syrup together for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
- Pour the hot mixture over 2 bags of hulless popcorn in a large aluminum roaster.
- Mix well to coat all popcorn evenly.
- Divide the coated popcorn into two roasters if needed.
- Bake uncovered at 250°F (120°C) for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Add one cup of peanuts, if desired, after baking.
- Allow to cool before breaking into pieces and serving.
