Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground round or ground chuck ⓘ
- 3/4 c. onion, chopped fine ⓘ
- 3/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine ⓘ
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped fine ⓘ
- 1 small carrot
- 2 radishes (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. jalapeno relish ⓘ
Instructions
- Tell the butcher to grind the round or chuck for tiger meat and do not season.
- Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Roll the mixture into a ball-like meatloaf shape.
- Wrap the meatloaf in plastic wrap, then in foil.
- Let stand in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours before serving.
