Ingredients

  • 1 lb. squash
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 can chopped green chillies
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Slice the squash into small pieces and cook in a pot with water until tender.
  2. Add chopped onion and salt, then boil until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  3. Mix in Cheez Whiz, chopped green chillies, beaten eggs, and cream of chicken soup.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) until hot and bubbly, about 20-30 minutes.
