  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced corned beef or pastrami, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped green onions, prepared mustard, horseradish, and garlic salt.
  3. Mix in the finely chopped corned beef or pastrami.
  4. Shape the mixture into a 4-inch ball.
  5. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Serve with thinly sliced pumpernickel or party rye bread.
