Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese

Instructions
