Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can small English peas
  • 4 cups instant potatoes
  • onions

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef and chopped onions in a pan until cooked.
  2. Pour the cooked mixture into a casserole dish.
  3. Top with a can of English peas.
  4. Spread instant potatoes on top of the peas.
  5. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 20 minutes.
  6. About 5 minutes before removing, sprinkle with cheese and bake until melted.
