Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups salad oil
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour three 9-inch cake pans.
  2. Combine dry ingredients: sugar, flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
